Early in my career, I was praised for how easily I connected with people. I could navigate tension, read the room, and say the right things. But what I didn’t understand then was how often I was over-performing and under-rooted. I had a voice—but it wasn’t always aligned with what I actually believed.
The game changed when I began integrating my intuition with strategy—when I stopped performing and started owning my voice. That’s when I saw how communication—when done intentionally—could restore trust, unlock decisions, and shift the atmosphere.
